Register

All you need to register is an active Bangladeshi mobile number or email address, your full name, and a strong password. You must be at least 18 years old. No documents are required — verification is done instantly via mobile OTP. The entire process takes just 2 minutes.

No. Each person may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found, all will be closed and balances may be forfeited. Two members of the same household registering separate accounts from the same device or IP address will be subject to verification.

KYC is generally not required for smaller transactions. However, if you wish to make a large withdrawal (৳25,000 or more), you will need to submit a national ID and a selfie. This is done to protect your account.

First, check your network signal. Tap "Resend" after 30 seconds. Make sure SMS is not blocked and Do Not Disturb mode is off. If the issue persists, try registering with an email address instead. For ongoing problems, contact support.

You'll receive a welcome bonus even without a referral code. Entering one may unlock additional benefits. Note that referral codes cannot be added after registration — so if you have a code from a friend, make sure to enter it during sign-up.

2FA is triggered automatically when you log in from a new device. On trusted devices, if the "Remember this device" option is enabled, you won't need it every time. Keeping 2FA active is recommended for your security.

Yes, you can stay logged in on multiple devices at the same time. You can view all active sessions from your account settings. If you notice any unfamiliar session, log it out immediately and change your password.

Try logging in with your email. If that doesn't work either, contact us directly at support@ninewicket.app with your NID and previous account details. Once your identity is verified, your account will be updated with the new number.

Payments & Deposits

The minimum deposit is just ৳200. To qualify for the welcome bonus, your first deposit must be at least ৳500. There is no upper limit on deposits, though large transactions may require KYC.

Deposits via Mobile Pay and Nagad are typically credited within 1–5 minutes. Bank transfers may take 15–30 minutes. During off-peak hours, processing is often faster.

nine wicket does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply a small transfer fee — this is set by the respective service provider.

Per nine wicket policy, deposits and withdrawals must be made under the same person's name. Transacting from a mobile banking account registered in your own name makes the verification process much smoother.

Bonuses & Promotions

To unlock the welcome bonus for withdrawal, you must complete a 10x turnover of the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in bets before it becomes withdrawable. See details On the bonus page here.

Cashback is paid every Monday based on your net losses from the previous week. The percentage depends on your VIP level. Cashback is credited directly to your wallet with no wagering requirement.

The welcome bonus is valid for 30 days. If the wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus will be forfeited. For other bonuses, the validity period is stated in the respective offer.

Yes. When making a deposit, you can select the "Deposit Without Bonus" option. Deposits made without a bonus have no wagering requirements on withdrawals.

When you receive a free bet, the "Use Free Bet" option will appear automatically on your betting slip. Enabling it means no funds will be deducted from your wallet. Your winnings will be paid out after deducting the value of the free bet.

Betting Rules & How It Works

In handicap betting, the underdog is given a virtual head start in goals or runs. For example, if Bangladesh is given +1.5 runs, your bet wins even if Bangladesh loses — as long as the margin is less than 2 runs. This levels the playing field and typically offers better odds.

You can bet in real time while a match is in progress. Odds change from moment to moment. Go to the Betting page and select the "Live" tab, choose a match, and place your bet. Timing is everything in live betting — you need to act fast.

Pre-match bets placed before a game starts can be cancelled in some cases — though this option isn't available on all markets. If the cash-out feature is active, you can settle your bet at an intermediate value before it wins or loses.

If a match is fully cancelled, a complete refund will be issued for your bet. If the match is partially played (e.g., a rain-affected DLS result), the outcome will be settled according to the applicable rules. Refunds are typically credited to your wallet within 24 hours.

The minimum bet is ৳50. Maximum limits vary by market and event. High-profile matches (IPL, WC) carry higher limits. You can view the exact limits directly on the betting slip.

An accumulator combines multiple selections into a single bet. All selections must win — if one loses, the entire bet is lost. However, if all selections win, the odds are multiplied together, resulting in a much higher payout. Adding multiple events to your betting slip will automatically display the accumulator calculation.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals typically arrive in Mobile Pay or Nagad within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Pending verification may add additional processing time.

Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. The daily maximum withdrawal is ৳1,00,000. KYC verification must be completed for larger amounts.

If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 2 hours, contact support. Have your wallet number and amount ready. If your KYC isn't complete, make sure to finish that first.

nine wicket charges no withdrawal fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply a small charge. Your first 3 withdrawals each month are completely fee-free.

If the wagering requirement for a bonus hasn't been met, only your original deposit can be withdrawn — the bonus amount will be forfeited. To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete the wagering requirement first.

Mobile App

App Page Download the APK file directly from the page. Android 6.0 or above is supported. You will need to allow installation from unknown sources. The iOS version is coming soon.

Go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and enable it. If you have an older version installed, uninstall it first. Make sure your phone has at least 100MB of free storage. If the problem continues, use the web version through your browser.

Use at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid using your date of birth or name as a password. It's good practice to change your password every 3 months.
